From 2023, all information and applications that were previously controlled through the SOLIDWORKS Customer Portal have now switched to the 3DEXPERIENCE Customer Portal. Each user will need to create a 3DEXPERIENCE ID to access the subscription benefits tied to their company.
These benefits include access to the download centre where you can get of the latest releases and service packs, access to over 30 hours of online training, access to the Knowledge Base, the SOLIDWORKS forums, and access to your 2 free certification exams included within your subscription benefits.
Before you start, if you’re not the SOLIDWORKS Administrator for your company, you’ll need to ask them to add you to the company profile in the DSX Client Care centre, if they have not already done so.

Go to www.3ds.com and click the top right Login icon.
Click Create your 3D EXPERIENCE ID
Fill out the fields presented and ensure that the email address used, exactly matches the email address entered by your SOLIDWORKS Administrator
Then click Register
Do you see “email already in use?”
If you’re met with message that your email is already in use, then all you need to do is reset your password. Do not attempt to create a second account.
You will then receive an email to verify your account.
Once verified, you will receive a second email to confirm and you can now access the 3DEXPERIENCE Customer portal, where you’ll find the SOLIDWORKS Downloads page, Support Knowledge Base, User Forums & MySolidWorks content.
